Bran Muffins ~ These muffins are Yummy! This recipe makes a lot but the batter lasts for six weeks in the fridge.
Ingredients:
6 cups All Bran Cereal
2 cups boiling water
1 cup oil
1 pound light brown sugar
4 eggs beaten
1 quart buttermilk
5 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
3+ tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Pour water over 2 cups of the All Bran cereal and let stand. Add oil, the rest of bran, brown supgar, eggs and buttermilk. Mix well. Add everything else and mix again. Bake at 4oo degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
